Dpe Inc is a direct lender providing business funding solutions, including working capital loans, revenue-based financing, equipment financing, and business loans. The information on this Site is intended for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer to lend. All funding decisions are subject to our underwriting criteria and approval process.

Application and Funding

Submitting an inquiry or application through our Site does not guarantee funding approval. All applications are subject to review, verification, and our underwriting standards. We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our sole discretion. Approved funding terms, including rates, amounts, and repayment schedules, will be provided in a separate written agreement.

By opting in to receive text messages from Dpe Inc, you agree to the following terms:

• You consent to receive recurring marketing and promotional SMS/MMS messages from Dpe Inc, including offers, updates, and information about our financial products and services, sent using an automated telephone dialing system (ATDS).
• Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and data plan.
• To opt out of text messages at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive one final confirmation message and will not receive further texts unless you re-subscribe.
